In addition to the mincer house with a feeder unit that helps you grind; you will have everything you need to make your own sausage! You get no less than three different sausage horns so you can make anything from hot dogs and nürnbergers to bratwürst and salsiccia — or why not go for a fish sausage or a falafel?

• In addition to the standard 4.5 mm (0,18 in) disc that is supplied with the mincer upon purchase, there are also three other hole discs that are packaged and sold separately. The hole discs are 70 mm in diameter and the holes are 8 mm (0,315 in), 6 mm (0,24 in), 4.5 mm (0,18 in) or 2.5 mm (0,1 in) depending on the disc.
• Always use the feeder plug for feeding, do not insert any foreign objects such as knives or forks in the mincer housing.
• The mincer fits all Assistent Original N1-N30.
