- Each tablet contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 90 mg, European elder (Sambucus nigra subsp.nigra - fruit) 50 mg, Lactobacillus rhamnosus (whole cell, GG) 5 billion CFU, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 20 mcg, Zinc (zinc oxide) 3 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Directions (Dosage):
- To help support gastrointestinal health, manage acute infectious diarrhea, and manage or reduce the risk of antibiotic associated diarrhea, Children (3-14 years of age): Take one (1) tablet daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products
- For management or risk reduction of acute infectious diarrhea when travelling, take one (1) capsule daily or as directed by your doctor
- Capsule may be opened and mixed into cool food or drink. Do not add to warm or hot foods or beverages. Culturelle® Probiotics can be taken at any time of the day.
Cautions and Warnings:
- Do Not Use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you have an immune compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Diuretic effect may occur.
