Eurodib - 208-240V Super Wide Commercial Induction Cooker - SWI3500

This super wide, heavy duty, commercial induction cooker, is energy efficient and accommodates a pot/pan up to 14″ wide! It features a vitroceramic top and has a weight capacity of 85 lbs. Temperature ranges from 140°F to 460°F (in 30° increments).

Use with induction-compatible cookware such as cast iron, enameled iron, and stainless steel. Accommodates flat-bottom pans/pots with a diameter of 4.5″ to 14″ (11.4 – 35 cm).

Non-compatible pans/pots include heat-resistant glass, ceramic containers, copper, and aluminum. Round bottom pans/pots with a diameter less than 4.5″ (11.4 cm) are also not compatible. Power will shut off if the wrong type of cookware is used or if no cookware is placed on unit.
