Dosage:
- Adults: Use 1 scoop daily.
- Mix with 1 cup (250 mL) of water/milk/milk alternative/ juice, or add to a smoothie
- Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after exercise.
- Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or antifungals
