All breads are baked, cooled and flash frozen to ensure that once received, they will be fresher than your local baker.

Shelf life after thawed is 5 days.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
To thaw:
Please allow for product to thaw gradually at room temperature
Handle from frozen, carefully as product could break if it falls.
An individual loaf will take about 30 - 60 min to thaw.
To heat:
Unwrap thawed product, discard packaging.
Preheat oven for 10 minutes (400 º F or 204 º C).
Place product directly on the middle rack and warm for 3 - 4 minutes.
Cool slightly before slicing to prevent crushing.
