Product is packaged using a very high quality packaging product referred to as “Thermoforming”.

Thermoforming packaging allows for extended shelf life with no freezer burn.  The product is vacuum sealed, removing all oxygen and air from the product. With this procedure, the products can be stored in a freezer, and are safe to consume within 18 to 24 months. If stored in a refrigerator after receipt, the product is safe to consume within 14 days, as long as the product has always remained in a chilled state and a constant temperature  in refrigeration remains at 1 degree Celsius.

Handling:

• Within the box you may find dry ice. DRY ICE MAY EVAPORATE BEFORE RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE. Always handle dry ice with care and use a protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.

Instruction for members upon receiving product:

• Open parcel upon arrival
• Packing should be intact (no damaged seal, leaks, etc.)
• Product should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving
