The solid bamboo cutting board is 3.8 cm (1.5 in.) thick and provides a sturdy food prep surface that is also removable for easy cleaning. The top surface can be expanded by lifting the bamboo side panels. These panels add an extra 38 cm (15 in.) of width and tuck away neatly under the cutting board. Shelves and basket are adjustable in 2.5cm (1 in.) increments for a custom configuration. Easy, no-tool assembly.
